Job Summary

Bridgestone Americas is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle systems, including drivability and electrical systems. You will also be expected to lead and mentor a team of technicians to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems, including drivability and electrical systems
  • Lead and mentor a team of technicians to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Install and repair parts, including batteries and electrical systems
  • Conduct road tests to ensure vehicles are safe and functioning properly
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in automotive repair
  • Valid automobile driver's license
  • A.S.E. certification in at least one of A1-A8
  • Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
