Housekeeping Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Room Attendant to join our team at Penn National Gaming. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel rooms and public areas.

• Clean and maintain hotel rooms, hallways, linen rooms, and employee and storage areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Maintain and clean all equipment used throughout the course of a shift, as directed by management.
• Report any safety hazards or maintenance deficiencies to the appropriate personnel for proper handling.
• Assist guests with issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
