Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to adult patients with moderate physiologic instability, requiring support but not artificial life support.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patients' conditions and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license in the state of practice.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
