Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Service Excellence HVAC/R Lead Technician to join our team at Budderfly, Inc.

This role is crucial in ensuring the optimal operation of our fleet of HVAC units, and the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working as a service technician on HVAC/R systems, with a valid HVAC/R Contractor License. Familiarity with Lennox Core Controllers and Carrier SystemVu controllers is also a benefit.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure continued excellent operation of Budderfly HVAC Units within your geographic area.
  • Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems and equipment.
  • IDentify maintenance risks on HVAC/R equipment.
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC/R systems.
