Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and contribute to our mission of enhancing the quality of life for individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess communication and swallowing abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address identified needs
  • Collaborate with educators and other professionals to contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide therapy sessions to students aged 3-18 years
  • Utilize relevant technology and software for documentation and therapy purposes

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Preference for Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience working with diverse populations across various age groups
  • Sound understanding of diagnostic procedures and treatment methodologies
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
