Empire Auto Parts, a leading auto parts company, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to join its team. As a key member of the warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our warehouse.

  • This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage and motivate a team of warehouse associates, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Main Responsibilities:

Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy, document any discrepancies, and ensure all products are in good condition.

Storage and Organization: Safely and efficiently store products in designated areas, optimizing space utilization and maintaining a well-organized warehouse.

Order Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring items are properly labeled and prepared for shipment.

Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure work environment and report any safety concerns or incidents immediately.

Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and proficiently, performing routine equipment inspections and maintenance.

Supervision and Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to achieve operational excellence, providing guidance, training, and support to team members.

Order Fulfillment: Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules, monitoring order accuracy and quality standards.

What We Offer:

Compensation: $18.00-$20.00 per hour, paid weekly.
