Job Summary:

The Janitorial Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe workplace, ensuring the health and well-being of all associates. This position is responsible for performing general janitorial, cleaning, and sanitation tasks in our warehouse facilities, including dry, cooler, and freezer areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, trash pickup, and related tasks
  • Operate pallet jacks to transport refuse and trash to designated receptacles
  • Handle cleaning chemicals according to hazmat material sheets and company guidelines
  • Complete assigned Pure Safety training modules in a timely and accurate manner
  • Report any unsafe conditions or acts to ensure the safety of all associates
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management
