Job Title: Executive Chef

Eurest, a leading provider of business and industry dining, is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee all culinary functions for a dining account.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of associates to ensure exceptional culinary service and high-quality food production.
  • Oversee cost controls and expenditures for the account, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Plan and create menus that meet the needs of the account and align with Eurest's culinary standards.
  • Purchase and manage inventory to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of ingredients.
  • Develop and implement new culinary programs in conjunction with the marketing and culinary teams.

Requirements:

  • Culinary degree preferred.
  • Three to five years of culinary management experience, with a focus on high-volume production and catering.
  • Proven track record of managing cost controls and leading teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company.
