Key Responsibilities:


The Healthcare Support Specialist is tasked with coordinating and delivering patient support services, which include:

  • Answering phone calls and directing inquiries
  • Welcoming patients and visitors
  • Maintaining patient medical records through electronic medical records (EMR) or paper documentation
  • Assisting with patient scheduling
  • Performing various office tasks
  • Processing patient payments as necessary

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of experience in customer service
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential matters while delivering exceptional customer service

Compensation:
USD $23.81 /Hr.
