In this role, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers and their pets while providing best-in-class salon services and positive experiences. You'll share responsibility for cleanliness and pet health and safety standards and uphold the company's vision, mission, values, and strategy within the store.

• Passion for pets and people and the desire to grow a fulfilling career
• Prior grooming experience; or 6 months of experience in the Stylist in Training job; may be asked to complete a technical exam
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
