CNC Machinist

Tenneco Manufacturing North America is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality automotive parts.

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform various manufacturing functions, including machining, assembly, and packaging of products.
• Lift, differentiate, and obtain parts or components for machining, assembly, or packaging of product.
• Read and operate or complete product as defined in written work instructions.
• Read, measure, calculate, evaluate, and complete product to quality and dimensional requirements as defined in product blueprints and our quality standards.
• Perform to and meet quality requirements as documented within our Quality Management System.
• Perform to and meet Environmental, Health, and Safety requirements as documented within our Environmental, Health, and Safety Management System.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Achieve Performance Levels established on the WorkKeys WIN Program
• Working knowledge of machine tools and capabilities
• Ability to lift 35 pounds
• Ability to understand shop math, blueprints, and precision measuring instruments
• Ability to read work instructions and documentation
• Superior record of attendance and punctuality

$18.95 per hour
