Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team of professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations for students to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques to promote language development and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational environment.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of services provided to track student progress and inform future treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • A valid SLP state license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) are highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations is highly valued.
