Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong clinical background, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe and high-quality patient care to assigned patients, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
  • Participate in educational programs and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in New Mexico or reciprocal agreement
  • At least one year of directly related experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Bilingual English/Spanish language proficiency (or other languages as specified)
  • CPR for Healthcare/BLS certification
