• Administer medication according to resident care plans, ensuring the highest level of personal care and support.
• Engage residents through check-ins and communicate any changes in condition or care plan effectively.
• Collaborate with the Health Services Director in assessing and documenting resident assessments.

The estimated salary for this role is $34.00 - $41.75 per hour, reflecting the potential pay based on experience, qualifications, and location.

• A graduate of a state-approved school of nursing.
• A current state license as a Registered or Practical/Vocation Nurse.
• Minimum of one year of experience in assisted living, hospice, home health, acute, or long-term care environment.
