Job Title: Inventory Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to support our manufacturing operations by assisting with planning, inventory management, and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and assemble paperwork for manufacturing work orders.
  • Create production tickets for certain manufactured products in the SAP system.
  • Enter and verify goods receipts for completed work orders into the SAP system.
  • Enter goods receipts for external services into the SAP system.
  • Enter goods receipts for customer-owned inventory into the SAP system.
  • Input data into Excel spreadsheets.
  • Deliver work tickets to various departments.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Clerical experience is necessary to excel in this role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in mathematics.
  • Experience with Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
  • Ability to perform quality work under time constraints.
  • Keen attention to detail.
