Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team as a Superintendent for the Oceana Project in Virginia Beach, VA. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and analyze financial data to ensure the project's financial performance is in line with company expectations.
- Support daily cash management processes, including data entry and analysis of transactions.
- Assist with cash flow projections and prepare monthly internal reports for management.
- Compile and analyze budget data to ensure the project's budget is accurate and up-to-date.
- Submit data through the financial planning system.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and presentations for management and other stakeholders.
- Carry out job duties while maintaining the company's values and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong analytical and financial analysis skills.
- Excellent understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial statements.
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in Windows environment and MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
