We are seeking an experienced Training Management Professional to support our team at Prevailance, Inc. in Dahlgren, Virginia.

As a Learning Standards Specialist, you will provide critical training support services to various areas, including Manpower and Personnel, Infrastructure Support, Functional Integration Management (FIM), Training Management Support, and Training Systems Acquisition and Lifecycle Support for U.S. Navy and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years' experience in Navy Training Management, training material development, and life cycle maintenance. You will also be familiar with Electronic Classroom (ECR) environments, including ECR LAN webpages and My Navy Portal (MNP) Community of Practice (COP).

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
