We offer a competitive salary range of $200,000 - $450,000 per year, making us one of the top-paying dental practices in the region.

• Diagnose and treat dental conditions in children and adolescents, providing individualized care and support.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and techniques.
• Provide preventive treatments, including fluoride applications, sealants, and cleanings, to promote optimal oral health.
• Conduct restorative procedures, such as fillings, crowns, and other dental work, with precision and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with children and their families, educating them on oral hygiene and preventive care best practices.
• Employ behavior management techniques to ensure a positive and stress-free experience for young patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to strict confidentiality and data protection guidelines.
• Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless care.

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of a pediatric dental residency program, with a strong emphasis on child development and behavioral science.
• State dental license to practice dentistry, with a current and active status.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with children and their families.
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on clear and compassionate patient-centered care.
