POSITION OVERVIEW


We are in search of a self-driven, compassionate, and client-oriented Laser Specialist who will also engage in sales to deliver safe and effective tattoo removal services in our studios.

This role will report to a Regional Manager and collaborate closely with an in-studio Sales Consultant to ensure a comprehensive client experience.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with routine tasks and find fulfillment in enhancing the client experience.

As part of a small team, they will recognize the importance of reliability and punctuality, while fostering a respectful and friendly environment.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Adhere to Removery protocols to deliver safe, effective, and optimal laser treatments.
  • Conduct consultations and drive sales through consultative selling techniques.
  • Build rapport with clients and educate them on the tattoo removal process.
  • Set realistic expectations regarding removal outcomes and treatment timelines.
  • Manage client records and documentation in accordance with Removery standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and treatment guidelines.
  • Prepare daily to enhance client experiences and treatment results.
  • Document follow-ups and treatment endpoints accurately.
  • Foster trust and rapport with clients to ensure satisfaction through exceptional customer service.
  • Engage in discussions about upselling opportunities with clients.
  • Complete required training and development programs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
  • Represent Removery's brand and mission with integrity.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain current licensing credentials (for credentialed hires only).

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must possess one of the following certifications: NP/PA License and the Senior Laser License in the state of GA (or be willing to obtain this license).
  • Reliable transportation for commuting to the home studio and other locations as necessary.
  • Effective communication skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Availability for flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to meet employment eligibility criteria.
  • Experience with Zenoti or similar POS/CRM systems is a plus.
  • Capability to sit for extended periods and lift 10 lbs. or more repeatedly.
  • High comfort level with treating and interacting with clients.
  • Strong wrist dexterity and strength to handle laser equipment for extended durations.
