Quality Talent Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sub Acute Unit Nursing Supervisor to oversee our skilled nursing operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to nursing standards by developing and revising operational policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate patient care by effectively scheduling and delegating tasks to nursing staff.
  • Foster a supportive atmosphere for patients and their families.
  • Communicate essential information to patients and the healthcare team.
  • Uphold a safe and hygienic work environment.
  • Safeguard patient confidentiality by managing sensitive information appropriately.
  • Document patient care services accurately and timely.
  • Manage inventory of nursing supplies efficiently.
  • Encourage collaboration among healthcare professionals.
  • Create personalized comprehensive care plans for residents.
  • Supervise staff and facility operations diligently.

Qualifications:
  • Valid RN License in New York State is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in long-term care.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Compensation:

Salary range: $80,000 - $83,000
