Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular patrols of the hospital premises to detect and prevent security breaches
- Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to alarms in a timely and effective manner
- Engage with patients, visitors, and staff to provide a welcoming and secure environment
- Write detailed reports of incidents and security-related activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong observational and analytical skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with security software
