Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Enhancement Coordinator to join our team at Chrysalis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for improving the quality of life for our residents, enhancing staff morale, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

This role will involve:

  • Conducting morning checks/inspections for cleanliness and safety, as well as state and local regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Afternoon Quick Checks to assess staff training and safety preparedness.
  • Dispersing audit forms and reporting findings to the management team.
  • Dispatching contractors and vendors to provide major repair services as needed.
  • Identifying and reporting immediate safety concerns or other issues within the properties to the Associate and Area Director.
  • Maintaining daily communication with Residential Managers, Associate Directors, and Area Director.
  • Ensuring proper care and attention for our 24-hour care residents through Grave Checks/inspections.
  • Developing relationships with residential clients and staff to improve the living and working environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience.
