Job Title: Wireless Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and motivate a team of experienced Wireless Sales Pros to achieve sales and business targets in 3-4 retail locations.

About the Role:
  • Recruit, lead, and motivate a team of Wireless Sales Pros to achieve sales and business targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet or exceed established KPIs.
  • Lead and execute recruiting efforts to maintain required staffing levels of top-quality talent in all assigned locations.
  • Foster professional and productive relationships with in-store management and associates.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Management experience preferred.
  • Wireless or related experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, required.
