Biostatistical Consultant III - Psychiatry Department - Mood Disorders Division
Job Summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Biostatistical Consultant III to join our Clinical Research Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biostatistics and experience working in a biomedical or healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with investigators to design experiments, analyze data, and interpret results.
  • Develop and maintain statistical programs for in-house use.
  • Provide graphical and tabular representations of data.
  • Assist with grant development, including statistical design of studies and preparation of statistical portions of grant proposals.
  • Perform non-statistical components of consulting, such as providing examples and explanations using non-technical terminology.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in biostatistics or a related field.
  • Minimum five years of experience in statistical consulting.
  • Working knowledge of SAS, SPSS, or other major statistical packages.
