Job Title: Long Term Acute Care RN Travel Nurse

Vibra Travels is seeking a skilled Long Term Acute Care RN Travel Nurse to join our team. As a travel nurse with Vibra Travels, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and locations across the country.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Long Term Acute Care RN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ICU, step down, med surg/tele, and acute rehab, and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the Long Term Acute Care unit
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor
  • Additional certifications may be required by Vibra Travels (e.g. ACLS, PALS, NRP)
  • 1 year of RN experience; Diploma or Associate of Science Degree in Nursing required
  • Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse
