Position Overview
Oversee the creation of project plans and the execution of deliverables aimed at unifying organizational culture and enhancing employee engagement within a virtual and complex environment, ensuring alignment and preparedness among leadership and key stakeholders. Collaborate with FRFS Internal Communication and Culture leaders, along with the FRFS Business Partners and Data Analytics team, to proactively identify and address business needs. Work alongside District and System colleagues to drive and influence cross-district initiatives. Function as a versatile team member, proactively analyzing solutions to meet team objectives, advocating for change to improve efficiency, and assisting FRFS leaders in navigating the complexities of a cross-district landscape. Cultivate trust and maintain collaborative relationships with fellow Employee Experience team members and partners, including FRFS Business Partners, OCPE, the DE&I office, FRFS leadership, functional business lines, and key System partners. Serve as a point of escalation for conflicts, risks, issues, and action items raised by the project team. Address issues or challenges that arise in daily project operations and during development efforts, meeting with relevant staff to define and investigate problems and propose solutions aligned with our Integrated Payment Strategy. Utilize data from various sources to influence progress and drive change in support of organizational priorities. Uphold a high level of confidentiality.Candidate Profile
A strong role model with a commitment to serving as a people ambassador and championing a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. Proven track record of managing change proactively in a complex and virtual team setting, with the ability to lead projects and initiatives that continuously enhance the FRFS. Demonstrated capacity for strong execution and accountability for outcomes. Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills, with a solid understanding of contemporary digital communications. Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and leadership abilities are essential for maintaining trust and effectively partnering with others in pursuit of shared goals across all organizational levels. Intellectually curious, eager to understand diverse perspectives, and capable of experimenting and iterating on ideas. Comfortable with public speaking and capable of hosting events or facilitating discussions as needed.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, English, journalism, organizational effectiveness, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Typically possesses 10+ years of relevant experience, including demonstrated expertise in supporting employee communications and engagement strategies, and leading significant projects/initiatives in large, complex organizations. Proven ability to provide thought leadership based on industry experience and knowledge.Work Environment
Hybrid work model; on-site requirements will be determined by the hiring district. Remote work eligibility will be determined by the hiring district. The selected candidate's job title and pay range will be established by the employing District, subject to the District's policies and practices.
