Job SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at our outpatient dialysis center. As a LPN, you will play a critical role in delivering care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of patients and their families, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient care
- Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required
- Current CPR certification required
- IV certification required if required by state regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system
- BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation
- Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
