  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Perform diagnostics and analysis to identify and resolve equipment issues, providing excellent customer service and exceeding expectations.

  • Team Support: Assist other employees with delivery and installation of products/equipment, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance: Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet safety standards.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information, and maintaining positive public relations for the company.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of two years of related technical experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Plumbing experience, a two-year related technical degree, or experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of residential products.
Professional Skills
  • Basic Vehicle Maintenance: Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance, including routine checks and repairs.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Validated ability to perform basic shop repairs, water testing, and completion of Level 1 wet rack workshops (installation, start-up, troubleshooting).
  • Water Treatment Knowledge: Validated knowledge of water softening and drinking water standards.
Special Considerations
  • Physical Demands: Must wear safety equipment as required, and may require lifting/moving equipment up to 75 pounds.
