Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Redstone Restaurant Group. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, crafting creative cocktails, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.
Responsibilities
- Take patron orders and deliver a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including wine, beer, liquor, and mixed drinks.
- Order necessary bar supplies and maintain accurate inventory levels, including wine, liquor, and beer, as well as glassware.
- Restock and clean the bar area as instructed, including side work for opening and closing of the restaurant.
- Verify customer age and serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local, and company laws and regulations.
- Process payments and settle patron checks and tabs, accurately recording daily sales totals in our point of sale system.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members.
- Previous experience in food service is preferred.
- Impeccable time management and organizational skills to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent GED certification is required.
- Strong focus on customer service with a commitment to providing exceptional experiences for our patrons.
