About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Blackbird Health. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing evidence-based speech and language evaluations to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations to patients of all ages
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
  • Valid Pennsylvania state license in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • At least two years of experience providing speech and language services to clients, preferably in a clinical setting
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in navigating electronic medical record systems and other technology
