Mcare Agency LLC is seeking an experienced Administrative Director of Cardiovascular Services to lead the operations of our Cardiovascular Programs. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong leader with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Cardiovascular Programs, including CV Recovery, Cardiovascular Services, and Electrophysiology Lab.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of services and delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure financial accountability.
- Supervise and participate in the annual review process, goal setting, and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and implement quality initiatives related to patient safety and performance improvement.
- Conduct strategic planning and policy setting activities for cardiac rehabilitation and post-acute product lines.
- Engage in physician relations activities to ensure support of the healthcare system and to ascertain and address needs and opportunities.
- Develop and implement marketing and product development strategies for all aspects of the cardiovascular programs.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
- Must meet one of the following requirements: American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT), Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), Registered Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES), or BSN with MSN or MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of clinical cardiovascular leadership experience required.
- Extensive Cath Lab and EP experience.
- Years of leadership experience in Cath Lab and EP areas.
Mcare Agency LLC offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and leadership bonus. We also offer relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis.
