We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax compliance and planning, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and working closely with a team of professionals.

**Responsibilities**

* Manage multiple tax compliance projects, including partnership and corporate income tax returns, partnership allocations, and acquisition/disposition planning and structuring
* Work closely with a team of professionals to deliver high-quality tax services to clients
* Develop and implement tax planning strategies for clients
* Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations

**Requirements**

* 7+ years of public accounting experience
* CPA licensed
* Strong knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code and its regulations
* Excellent project management and analytical skills
* Self-motivated team player with effective communication skills
* Working knowledge of MS applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
