**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food service industry
* Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
* High school diploma or equivalent required
