We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist ARRT to join our team at Rio Grande Regional Hospital. As a key member of our imaging department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality diagnostic services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Obtain high-quality diagnostic images using various imaging modalities.
- Scan labels and document patient information accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve quality assurance issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure timely release of images to radiologists for interpretation.
- Verify the validity of patient orders and enter them accurately into our system.
- Transport patients as needed to ensure seamless care.
- Graduate of an accredited or registered School of Radiology.
- Current registration with A.R.R.T. is required.
- Current certification with the Texas Department of Health (CMRT) is required.
- American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
- One year of previous experience in a hospital environment is preferred.
