We are seeking a skilled Broiler Cook to join our team at Meat on Ocean, a premier meat-centric restaurant in Santa Monica. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meats and dishes to order, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen and service areas.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient service and high-quality dishes.
  • Follow recipes and cooking techniques to prepare menu items.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and quality standards.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • 2 years of experience as a Broiler Cook.
  • High school graduate.
  • Food handlers Card.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers.
  • Ability to maintain knowledge of cooking techniques and menu items.
