Heath Village is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily rounds to assess and evaluate the physical and emotional status of our residents.
- Provide comprehensive oversight to ensure that nursing care is delivered in accordance with physician's orders.
- Analyze and evaluate the needs of our nursing staff and determine staffing requirements.
- Assess the needs of each resident and implement the Resident Interim Care Plan.
- Provide daily input to the Unit Manager for the development of the resident care plan.
- Perform generalized Charge Nurse duties.
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license.
- Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations.
