About the Position

Cutter Holding Co is searching for a skilled Airfield Customer Experience Manager to lead our customer service efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to aircraft owners, operators, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer service efforts, ensuring exceptional experiences for all clients.
  • Monitor airfield activities, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with management to achieve business objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Proficient computer skills, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams.

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year.
