A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

As a Maintenance Technician, you are vital in ensuring our units are well-maintained and responding to resident requests. Each day, you will perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks. Your responsibilities include identifying issues and conducting general maintenance, HVAC repairs, AC troubleshooting, and other related activities. You will efficiently close out work orders upon completion and conduct inspections to prepare vacant units for new residents. Regardless of the task at hand, you will complete it successfully while adhering to safety protocols.


QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
  • Ability to climb ladders
  • Proficient in painting
  • Forklift experience

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time role typically requires 40 hours per week from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, along with on-call responsibilities.
