Orthopedic Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Orthopedic Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. As a member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. As an Orthopedic Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of patient-centered care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with orthopedic conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Washington.
  • At least one year of experience in orthopedic nursing or a related field.
