  • Conduct thorough factual investigations for new matters, including client and witness interviews and document organization

  • Advocate for clients' interests in court, presenting well-reasoned arguments
  • Manage all aspects of trial preparation, including discovery, taking and defending depositions, and witness interviews

Requirements:

  • J.D. from an ABA-approved law school, graduating in the top third of your class (or demonstrably strong academic performance)
  • Admission to the State Bar of California
  • Two years of civil litigation experience in California (preferred, but not required)
  • Excellent legal research skills
  • Strong analytical and writing skills with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and efficiency
  • Familiarity with Lexis Nexis platform
  • Strong familiarity with California and Federal Court rules and procedures
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize deadlines
