- Current, Unrestricted Nursing License: Possess a current, unrestricted nursing license.
- Completed Degree as RN: Have completed a degree as a Registered Nurse (ADN, BSN, MSN).

- Hospice and Palliative Medicine Experience: Preferably have experience in hospice and palliative medicine.

As a full-time Access and Enrollment RN, you will:
- Leverage Technology: Improve quality of care by leveraging technology.
- Provide Education: Educate patients and families on their care.
- Maximize Hospice Medical Skills: Maximize your skills in hospice medical care.
- Approach Patients and Families Holistically: Approach patients and families with a holistic perspective.
- Respond to Referrals: Respond to referrals with a sense of urgency.
- Evaluate Patients: Evaluate patients and collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to admit to the appropriate program while developing an individualized plan of care.
- Flexible Schedule: Have a flexible schedule and flexible on-call responsibilities.
