Attract new customers/prospects by providing quality service and underwriting decisions, and build a trustworthy relationship with customers to improve customer portfolio profitability.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Decide credit limit requests consistently, within response time delays included in the Risk Business Model, by assessing buyers with all available information in the IRP and their own market knowledge.
  • Responsible for a dedicated customer's portfolio, steering it and providing a proactive service level, according to PH classification, by regularly meeting customers and brokers and organizing telephone conferences.
  • Contribute to supporting Commercial in steering customer's loss ratio and implementing necessary actions to ensure or restore profitability of the portfolio.
  • Take responsibility in projects and initiatives supporting RBM and IRP related matters.
  • Build relationships with other core functions.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced degree, MBA or MS Finance preferred.
  • 3-4 years' experience in financial management experience in banking, credit insurance brokerage, or a credit insurance environment.
  • Excellent computer skills, with an understanding of financial software and spreadsheet packages.
