Clinical Nurse Specialist

The Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) position at Bon Secours is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care by utilizing strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient status. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care to patients with medical and surgical diagnoses
- Implement clinical nursing interventions
- Develop and perform patient care plans to enhance and improve outcomes
Bon Secours is committed to providing a safe and therapeutic environment for our patients. As a result, we are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Med/Surg/Tele Unit at Southside RMC in Petersburg. Requirements:
- Diploma of Nursing or Associate of Nursing from an accredited nursing program
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association (preferred upon hire, must obtain prior to direct patient care)
This role offers a competitive salary range of $65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, employer-matched retirement plan, paid time off, and educational assistance.
