Sports Venue Coordinator

i9 Sports - Rockland County, NY/N. Bergen and S. Passaic, NJ is seeking a highly motivated and organized Site Manager to provide a superior i9 Sports Experience and oversee the game-day operations of a venue.

• Field setup and breakdown for game day events
• Manage and supervise part-time staff members and volunteer coaches
• Oversee the overall operation of a venue, ensuring programs run on schedule
• Demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values
• Organize game day equipment and maintain the cleanliness of the venue
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Highly motivated self-starter, able to work independently and solve problems
• Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure player safety
• Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and some evenings, for the full duration of the season (approximately 7 weeks)
