Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position ranges from $15.50 to $18.50 per hour, dependent on experience, quality of work, and speed. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, you can earn tips and enjoy paid time off up to 5 days per year, as well as 3 days of sick leave annually.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards.
- Communicating with customers and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
- (For team leads) Managing the team's schedule, driving safely, and maintaining equipment.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Pass a background check.
- Have the physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks.
- Be available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8 am to 5 pm.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.
