Warehouse Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Lead to join our team at Merola Tile. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient processing and shipping of tile products.

Merola Tile is a leading national tile distributor with a strong presence in the U.S. and Canada. We pride ourselves on importing high-quality, on-trend tiles from around the world to suit a diverse flooring market.

**Responsibilities:

• Lead daily meetings to discuss task delegation and goals
• Prioritize orders to ensure all orders ship by their required dates
• Create daily/weekly schedules to promote employee rotation and cross-training
• Assure the quality and quantity of work done by frontline staff
• Manage and maintain proper inventory levels of packaging supplies, boxes, etc.
• Write and execute performance reviews
• Implement universal packaging standards
• Review new products to determine future packaging
• Assure employees are meeting company standards for accuracy, efficiency, and productivity
• Prepare and ship orders accurately by processing requests, pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing finished orders in staging/delivery area.

**Requirements:

• Ability to read and write in English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong comprehension of internal systems – WMS, Brother, Epsom
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Warehouse leadership - preferred
