About the Job

This role involves performing advanced troubleshooting of hotel Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. You will also be responsible for maintaining maintenance inventory and requisitioning parts and supplies as needed. Additionally, you will work closely with other engineers to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
  • Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines to identify any potential issues.
  • Respond and attend to guest repair requests, communicating with guests to resolve maintenance issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues to management.
  • Collaborate with other engineers to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel engineering/maintenance.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
