About the Role
We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer to join our Information Technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing all code changes, ensuring customer requirements are met, and validating the overall quality of production systems. This role involves developing, publishing, and implementing comprehensive test plans for complex commercial off-the-shelf applications, such as Salesforce and SAP. The ideal candidate should have experience in automation testing using Selenium (Java or Python) and US Citizenship.

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
  • Developing and executing automated test scripts using tools like Selenium and programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and Python.
  • Analyzing functional requirements and design documentation to develop detailed test plans that cover specified use cases and edge cases.
  • Collaborating with business analysts, developers, and product owners to confirm software functionality meets technical specifications and end-user needs.
  • Creating and maintaining thorough QA documentation, including test cases and results, to provide comprehensive insights for all testing phases.
  • Defining, tracking, and reporting QA metrics, such as defect density and open defect counts, to ensure accurate representation of software quality and risk areas.
