At Adecco US, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Inspector to join our team in a state-of-the-art facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge base of quality inspections and have experience in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environments with ISO 13485 or ISO 9001 facility certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform incoming raw material inspections and other areas requiring inspection
  • Collect statistical data to improve ongoing quality control and procedures
  • Maintain facility quality objectives
  • Coordinate implementation with functional areas
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years minimum experience in GMP environments with ISO 13485 or ISO 9001 facility certification
  • Strong knowledge base of quality inspections
  • Experience with measurement instruments such as Optical Comparator, Micrometer, Caliper, Go/No Go Gauges
  • Experience with ASQ/ANSI Z1.4 sampling plans
  • Supported CAPA, NCR, Customer Complaint investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action implementation
  • ASQ training such as a Certified Quality Technician preparation course preferred
  • Basic proficiency operating the Keyence, including using pre-written programs, preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Effectively interact with multiple facility functional areas
  • Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
