Pharmacy Department Head

CVS Health seeks a skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team and drive excellence in patient care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy, including managing staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

• Lead and direct a team of pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, to ensure seamless delivery of patient care services.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including DEA regulations, and ensure accurate inventory management and ordering.
• Develop and implement processes to improve patient safety, quality of care, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our pharmacy remains at the forefront of healthcare innovation.

• Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
• Experience in pharmacy management, with a strong track record of leadership and team development.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
